Feroze Kaliyadan

Feroze Kaliyadan is Professor of Dermatology at the Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, and Consultant Dermatologist at Skin4all in Kerala, India. Prof. Kaliyadan is a medical educationist and was awarded a FAIMER fellowship in 2010. Prof. Kaliyadan has 19 years of clinical experience and a special interest in pigmentary disorders, hair disorders, dermoscopy, technology in dermatology (including artificial intelligence) and dermatology education.

Shari Lipner

Dr. Shari Lipner is an Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology, Associate Attending Physician, and Director of the Nail Division at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. She completed her undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Lipner completed her medical training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she received both M.D. and Ph.D degrees and graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed her residency training in Dermatology at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center. Dr. Lipner is board certified in Dermatology and has a wide range of clinical experience in the diagnosis and management of skin, hair, and nail disorders. She is one of the few experts in nail disorders in the world. Dr. Lipner is one of the leading researchers in dermatology. She has authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications, numerous books and book chapters, lectures nationally and internationally, and is frequently featured by the media including, CNN, NPR, Self, Allure, and The Washington Post, for her expertise.

Klaus Eisendle

Klaus Eisendle has graduated in Microbiology (BSc), Biochemistry and Microbiology (MSc) and Immunology (PhD) from Innsbruck University and achieved his MD at Innsbruck Medical University, Austria, where he was trained in Dermatology, Venerology and Allergology under Supervision of Prof. DDr. Peter Fritsch and became in 2010 Senior Consultant Physician and Associate Professor in Dermatology and Venerology. Since 2011, he is the Director of the Academic Teaching Department of Dermatology, Venereology and Allergology in the Central Hospital of Bolzano/Bozen, Italy. In 2013 he achieved an international MBA in Health Care Management (Salzburg A, Marburg, Trier D, Toronto CAN) and university of Trento (I) training for healthcare directors. 2013 he founded the Interdisciplinary Medical Research Center South Tyrol (IMREST), 2015 he became President of the Claudiana University of Applied Sciences for Health Care Professions, 2016 he joined the advisory board for university studies of the local government and 2017 in the scientific committee for the formation of general practitioners and in 2017 he also overtook the drug commission of the local health service as president and serves further as the executive research officer of the local health service of South Tyrol. He is member in more than 10 scientific societies and board member of the Austrian and Italian dermatological and dermatologic surgery societies, editor of Dermato and surgery section editor for JEADV. He published more than 110 scientific articles in PubMed (Scientific Citations 2309, H-Index 28, Impact Factor: 954.798, Research Gate RG-Score 41.59, Publons/Clarivate Web of Science verified reviews 266), given more than 350 lectures, was principal/coinvestigator in over 20 clinical trials and co-organized more than 80 scientific meetings.

Dedee Murrell

Professor Dedee Murrell completed medical training at Cambridge and Oxford Universities, 3 years of internal medicine in the UK and USA, dermatology training at UNC-Chapel Hill, a fellowship in dermatopharmacology at Duke, blistering diseases and cell biology at New York University, and then became a clinical scholar at Rockefeller University. She holds a doctorate on the pathogenesis of blistering disorders, her main subspecialty interest, and her current research focusses on the development and validation of clinical outcome measures for autoimmune blistering diseases and epidermolysis bullosa to enable clinical trials to proceed in these orphan diseases. She has 418 peer reviewed papers, 16,7500 citations, an H index of 61, i!) of 213 and has edited 6 books, including the textbook, Blistering Diseases. She lectures at international congresses regularly and is a visiting professor in 5 continents. She was Congress President of the ICD 2021, the world’s first virtual Dermathon. She was founding Co-Editor of the International Journal of Women’s Dermatology and serves on the editorial boards of BJD, JAMA Dermatology, International Journal of Dermatology, JEADV, Acta Dermatovenereologica and JAAD International. She established Australia’s first dedicated dermatology clinical trial centre and is a KOL in trial design and conduct, serving on numerous advisory boards for more than 20 years. Her group established the ABQOL/TABQOL for measuring QOL in AIBD and she co-led the development and validation of the PDAI, BPDAI and MMPDAI. She established the Australasian Blistering Diseases Foundation in 2006.

Bryan Ko Guevara

Dr. Bryan Ko Guevara, Dermatologist, Southeast Dermatology, Philippines. Dr. Bryan Ko Guevara is a Fellow of the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS) and Dermatopathology Society of the Philippines of the PDS, PDS Research Committee Chair, PDS Immunodermatology core group member, member of the functional and integrative special interest group of the PDS, was Editor-in-Chief (2021-2022) of the Journal of the Philippine Dermatological Society (JPDS), member of the International Society of Dermatology and International Society of Dermatopathology, Immunodermatology Chair, Southern Philippines Medical Center, Research Chair, Brokenshire School of Medicine, Davao City. Dr. Guevara has 22 papers published locally and internationally.

David Rosmarin

Dr. David Rosmarin is the Chair of the Department of Dermatology at Indiana University and a clinical investigator. He previously served as Vice-Chair for Research and Education at Tufts Medical Center focusing on clinical trials for inflammatory disorders of the skin. For his training, Dr. Rosmarin went to medical school at NYU, dermatology residency at Boston University-Tufts Combined training program, and fellowship at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Rosmarin joined Tufts Medical Center in 2013 focusing as a clinical trial investigator. In 2016, Dr. Rosmarin became the Director of the Clinical Trials Unit in the Department of Dermatology at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Rosmarin’s studies have resulted in him becoming the PI for multicentered trials evaluating topical ruxolitinib in vitiligo, which has led to the first ever FDA indication for repigmenting vitiligo. Dr. Rosmarin is the first to use dupilumab for bullous pemphigoid which is now in a phase 3 program for an indication. Clinically Dr. Rosmarin is nationally recognized and serves as a referral for physicians with difficult to manage inflammatory diseases such as atopic dermatitis. Dr. Rosmarin educates medical students, residents, and research fellows. He served as Residency Program Director from 2016 to 2020 in which time he expanded the Tufts Medical Residency Program from nine positions to twelve residents and mentors faculty in education and research.

Kiran Godse

Dr. Kiran Godse is Professor of Dermatology at D. Y. Patil University, School of Medicine, Navi Mumbai, India. GA2LEN certified UCARE,ACARE,ADCARE urticaria clinic at D. Y. Patil Hospital, Navi Mumbai, India. International academic activities include serving as National President of IADVL in 2020, being a member of the EAACI/GA2LEN/WAO urticaria guidelines expert group, Asian Academy of Dermatology & Venereology (FAADV) Fellow, Director Member of AAD, EADV, ISD, ISAD, Focus Session Director for the urticaria session at the American Academy of Dermatology Summer Meeting (2016-2019), and Guest Speaker at EADV annual meeting since 2015 on Platelet Rich Plasma. Dr. Godse has received scholarships from EADV, WCD, ISD, and ASPCR. Academic activities include 150 publications, received IADVL oration on urticaria, observership by IADVL in urticaria at D. Y. Patil Hospital, edited 8 books and chapters in 22 books and is Editor in Chief of the Indian Journal of Skin Allergy.

Roberto Arenas

Prof. Roberto Arenas is the Chief of the Mycology Section at “Dr. M. Gea González” General Hospital, and a Professor of Dermatology at The University of Mexico (UNAM). Prof. Arenas’ areas of clinical expertise/research interest include: dermatology, mycology and neglected tropical diseases.

Tiago Torres

Tiago Torres is Professor of Dermatology at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences Abel Salazar, University of Porto, Portugal. He received his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Porto, completed a residency program in Dermatology and Venereology at Centro Hospitalar Universitário do Porto (CHUP), and finished his PhD thesis in 2014 studying the role of psoriasis-associated systemic inflammation in atherosclerosis. Currently, he is the Head of the Immuno-dermatology Unit (psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and auto-immune diseases) and Clinical Trials Unit of the Department of Dermatology of CHUP. Tiago Torres is an Associate Editor for several journal publications and has published many articles on psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. His main research topics in dermatology are immune-dermatology, immunology and immunopharmacology of psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.

Luis F. C. Ensina

Prof. Dr. Luis F. C. Ensina is a board-certified allergologist, that received his medical degree from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, in Sorocaba, Brazil. At the Hospital do Servidor Público Estadual de São Paulo, where he was a medical resident, and allergy/immunology fellow, he was introduced to clinical research as a sub-investigator. He received his Master degree from the University of São Paulo and his PhD from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP). In 2012 he joined the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology, Department of Pediatrics, at the Federal University of São Paulo, and is currently the coordinator of the urticaria, angioedema, drug allergy and mast cell diseases outpatient clinic. Dr. Ensina is also the head of a private clinical research center and allergy clinic (Alergoalpha/CPAlpha), which is a Center of Excellence and Reference in Urticaria (UCARE), Angioedema (ACARE) and Atopic Dermatitis (ADCARE). At CPAlpha he has supervised and participated in more than 20 phase III and IV clinical trials in asthma, rhinitis, urticaria and atopic dermatitis. He is an active member of the Brazilian Association of Allergy and Immunology (ASBAI), American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (AAAAI), European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI), Latin-american Society of Allergy and Immunology (SLAAI) and founder/former president of the Brazilian Urticaria Network (RUBRA). Dr. Ensina has contributed to more than 100 publications in peer-reviewed journals and more than 15 books and books chapters.

Raj Chovatiya

Raj Chovatiya, M.D., Ph.D. is Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Chovatiya received his M.D. and Ph.D. in immunology from Yale University. He completed his internship at Yale followed by residency and postdoctoral research fellowship at Northwestern, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Chovatiya is the medical director for the Clinical Trials Unit and leads the Center for Eczema and Itch in the Department of Dermatology at Northwestern, and his clinical and research focus includes the intersection of cutaneous immunology and inflammatory disease. He has a particular interest in optimizing patient-centered care, understanding chronic disease burden especially in understudied inflammatory diseases, and improving care across diverse skin types. He has published numerous abstracts and manuscripts and has been recognized for his contributions as a speaker, researcher, and leader at national and international conferences.

Emek Kocatürk

Professor Emek Kocatürk is a Professor at the Department of Dermatology, Koç University School of Medicine, Istanbul, Turkey. Prof. Kocatürk is Head of the Outpatient Care Unit for UCARE, ACARE and ADCARE Centers. Prof. Kocatürk had an observership on urticaria and allergic skin disorders in the Department of Dermatology and Allergy, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin in 2008. She has been running urticaria specialty clinics since 2007, which became GA²LEN Urticaria Centers of Reference and Excellence in 2017 first in Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital, then Koç University Hospital, in Istanbul.

William Damsky

William Damsky, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Yale School of Medicine and board-certified dermatologist and dematopathologist. In clinical practice, he specializes in evaluation and treatment of patients with inflammatory skin disorders, especially cutaneous granulomatous diseases such as sarcoidosis and granuloma annulare. Dr. Damsky is interested in the identification and evaluation of new treatment approaches for inflammatory skin disease and conducts clinical trials in this area. As a physician-scientist with training in basic immunology, Dr. Damsky’s laboratory leverages the latest immunologic approaches to understand mechanisms of inflammatory skin disease and how they are affected by novel therapies. Dr. Damsky’s research has been supported by Career Development Awards from the Dermatology Foundation and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). He was awarded the 2020 Young Investigator Award by the American Academy of Dermatology for his research in novel therapeutics for sarcoidosis.
